This quote from "Ueli the tenant" by Jeremias Gotthelf is the guiding principle and daily incentive of our kitchen team. Chef Torsten Bolz and his team give their best just to hit the spot. The men and women at the stove are as well connected to the tradition as to the region and know that the good is often not far away. And still they do not close their minds to the inexhaustible variety, which makes cooking a never ending story.

For dinner (18.00 to 21.30) and at sunday midday (11.45 to 13.45) we offer our menu.

From Monday to Saturday for lunch we have a weekly change lunch menu.
