If the garage is full, we will gladly provide a parking permit for alternative parking spaces.

Yes, dogs are very welcome.

Are children welcome?
Absolutely – we are happy to welcome both small and large guests.

Note: The extra bed is a simple folding bed with a thin mattress.
If children or teenagers stay in their own room, the regular room rates apply.

Where is the wellness area located?
Access is on the 1st floor of the Gästehaus Kreuz.
From there, a small bridge leads to the adjacent building where the wellness area is located.
The path is well signposted inside the hotel – we are happy to explain everything personally at check-in.

Due to our historic buildings, accessibility is limited but possible.
Access to the lift and rooms is via the underground garage. The route to the restaurant also goes through the garage, as our facilities are in two buildings.

What are the cancellation conditions?
For online bookings with a credit card, we reserve the right to charge accordingly.
The same applies for massages.
By car:
From Bern, Basel, Zurich, or Lucerne, Dürrenroth can be reached easily via Kirchberg, Niederbipp, or Sursee via Burgdorf, Langenthal, or Huttwil.
By public transport:
Train to Huttwil, then hourly bus to Dürrenroth, Dorf – the bus stop is directly in front of the Bären.
By plane:
Basel Airport → Train via Olten & Huttwil → Bus to Dürrenroth
